• In case of members having more than one branch, each branch will be considered as a separate member. However, a special membership discount can be offered.

• Information from this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded or transmitted in any way – especially to Manufacturers, End-users and OEMs - except for your own company use.

• Membership is Non-Transferable.

• In the event of system being in-operative for some technical reason the member will be refunded on pro-rata basis for the loss of connection time. eTrade Solutions will not be responsible for “No Activity” during the in operation of this website.

• eTrade Solutions has the right to terminate membership of any member whose actions are against ethics and morals of the trade. Under such circumstances membership fee will be refunded on pro-rata basis.

• These Terms and Conditions may be reviewed and changed periodically for the better use of the site and protection of member rights. It shall be member’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically and call if any clarification is required.
